Anger is an emotion which is mostly recognized as a wrong impression something that every person should avoid. It is an impression of hurt and destruction a symbol of violence and foe.
Anger is a Neutral Emotion
It can be all that has been described above but the problem is not with the emotion itself but it is us who don’t know the true meanings of this useful emotion which is beneficial to health and is required in order to have a healthier relationship with individuals. It is an expression that is found in every species but can be hurtful and destructive if we don’t know the appropriate understanding to use it. Having an Anger Management Counseling can be beneficial in building a strong foundation of understanding and realizing the main uses of this expression and feel.
As I have said it’s an emotion that is essential to have in our lives but it is up to us on having a outcome which can be either disastrous and hurting or it can be about healing the wounds.

Shawn P. Kirk, who happens to be a good friend and is a certified anger management counselor. He states that anger is a tertiary response of having expectations not delivered or met. This concludes the individual into having fear that things have gone disastrous which makes the anger expression to appear on the personality of a person. It can be said that grieving over something is a kick start of this emotion which is then flamed by fear itself.
Being Angry is Beneficial
Few of us only recognize that anger is an emotion which helps us to counter fear and fight off from hurdles and hassle that come to pass in our life. It gives us strength, focus and courage to resolve all the problems that should not be a part of your experience.
For instance if you remember back in school days that your teacher always got mad when students were up to something stupid and naught. The real reason behind it was that the teacher was afraid to lose control over the professional environment that should be a part of a regular class. A teacher will grieve that once things go wrong you will never be respected and to earn that right that teacher will express anger by scolding or punishing you indirectly which is quite normal and is also beneficial to gain what should be included and exclude what should not be.
But…
